My experience at Winter Park Hotel in Baku exceeded all expectations, especially in terms of their exceptional customer service. the staff went above and beyond by returning my forgotten earpods promptly, and even offered complimentary breakfast and a room upgrade for our last day, showcasing their unwavering dedication to guest satisfaction. the room's cleanliness and comfort were remarkable, and the attentiveness of individuals like Hassan at the reception truly made our stay unforgettable. the convenient location near Nizami street and the old town, as well as the breathtaking view from the restaurant, added to the overall charm of the hotel. I highly recommend Winter Park Hotel to anyone looking for a truly exceptional stay in Baku.
